We're excited to announce a great new feature in Sirportly. As of this afternoon, you can configure IMAP or POP3 mailboxes within your Sirportly account and we will automatically pull all new mail from these and insert them as tickets into your account.
At present, we will poll for new messages every 5 minutes. Users on our starter package will be able to add one mailbox and paid users can add up to 3 per account.
To configure your first mailbox, just head over to the Admin section of your Sirportly account and choose 'IMAP/POP3 Mailboxes' from the 'Ticket Submission' menu. This new feature is available right now for all cloud users and will be included in the 2.1 release for Download Edition users.
We hope this new addition will make it even easier for you to get your incoming e-mail into your Sirportly account. As always, let us know if you have any questions.
